Mortal Scream is a Death Metal band with personnel from Denpasar and Yogyakarta but based in Yogyakarta. They were formed since 1995, which was heavily influenced by SUFFOCATION.
From 1995 - 2006 they have performed many underground music shows in Java and Bali so that they are also known as one of the pioneers of death metal bands in Yogyakarta city. However, in 2007 they decided to disband before they could release an album.

After 15 years, finally BHM (Bali Headbanger Music) decided to digitally release their songs in Mini Album / EP format.

This EP album was recorded at different times. Trak 1 - 3 is an unreleased song, recorded in 2000 on Live Track at Saka Studia, Yogjakarta - ID. While tracks 4 - 5 are old songs that have been released on a limited basis in cassette format in 1998 with the title Demo 1998.
